The VIMworld Marketing Team is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who is ready to oversee social media, community building and community management for a growing global brand. We have a dedicated community of early adopters and we are building towards scale so we need someone driven to be the best of the best. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Director, you'll play an important role in creating awareness for VIMworld, fostering an open community, and turning data into relevant insights to impact the decisions we make and add value to our users.


Social media and cryptomarkets move 24/7 and we are building a team so our social and community channels never sleep. We have users across the globe and need someone who will help shape and manage our strategy across channels, timezones and languages.
You should be equal parts engaging content creator, human behavior and project manager. Someone who can spot trends early while thinking two steps ahead on how to execute on a new idea.

  • 2+ years managing the social media content strategy across multiple channels
  • 2+ years building a community and managing a team of moderators/admins
  • Experience creating content for channels including Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Experience engaging users on community channels like Discord and Telegram
  • Ability to evaluate campaign performance and make appropriate recommendations based on what worked and what didn’t
  • Proactively engage social media users and monitor VIMworld conversations.
  • Experience implementing user growth strategies
  • Experience working with social media influencers and managing content partnerships
  • Experience working in a startup environment with a distributed team

  • Understanding of cryptocurrency, NFTs and blockchain technology
