About the Role

VIMworld, Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team based in Las Vegas, CA or San Francisco Bay Area, CA. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting execution. In this role, you will work directly with the executive team to understand our visions and key objectives that will enable you to bring the best talents that are suitable to each team. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Partner closely with leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for the technical functional team(s) to deeply understand their hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements while providing hiring recommendations, support events, and build a strategy to hire highly driven talents for the company
  • Strategic sourcing of passive candidates via industry research, cold calling, complex internet searches, and networking, in addition to reviewing and managing inbound candidate flow
  • Create, report, execute search strategy and engage with active and passive candidates to create strong relationships to access candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role
  • Manage candidates’ experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, self-discipline, and proactive communication.
  • As a subject matter expert, manage the offer process and salary negotiations after evaluating candidates’ skill level, conduct reference checks, provide salary and package recommendations
  • Diligently update tracking documentation to track the recruiting process in real-time and report to business leaders and leadership in the most proactive manner
